Decorated Bonbons Workshop
This workshop is for those who have attended our Introduction to Chocolate session (or have experience in chocolate/skilled at homebaking) and would like to advance to more complex experimentation with flavours and try the slightly more technical area of bonbon decorating, shelling, filling and capping. A slightly more advanced session.
This 4 hour session will be hands on using coloured cocoa butters and a variety of techniques to created moulded chocolates, we will explore creating layered/multi flavoured bonbons and make approx 60x bonbons.
The session will take place in Misco’s professional kitchen in Leek, Staffordshire, with a huge range of interesting ingredients to hand along with use of professional chocolatiering equipment and moulds, it’s a lovely space to get creative in. Groups will be kept to a maximum of 6, you are welcome to come with friends or family but will be made to feel very welcome if you come on your own.
An email will be sent to you about a week prior to your session containing all relevant info and directions-keep an eye in your junkmail just incase!

Please get in touch with us before booking if you have allergens that you would like to discuss. Due to the nature of the space and ingredients used this session is not suitable to those with a serious nut allergy.We may be able to adapt it to suit dairy free/vegan but will need notice when booking.
