We are a small family business set up by husband and wife Meg and Cisco Davies.

Our kitchen is led by Chocolatiers Meg Davies and the wonderful Charlotte Leneghan aka The Kitchen Ninja.

Assistant Manager Alice Davies runs a tight administrative ship and looks after customers and corporate clients.

Trainee Chocolatier Zoe Zacune rolls endless bowls of truffles.

And at Christmas a team of friends and relatives join us to help wash up, make boxes, cut ribbon and make endless cups of tea.
