Single Origin Chocolate Tasting Evening
An informal evening with Meg where she shares her knowledge of the world of chocolate with a specific focus on and celebration of single origin chocolate which will include tasting a wide variety of specialist high quality chocolate. One for the dark chocolate connoisseur.
1 hour (6.45 for 7pm start) Plenty of time afterwards to purchase any of your favourite single origin chocolates.
The session will take place in Misco’s professional kitchen in Leek, Staffordshire, with a huge range of interesting ingredients to hand along with use of professional chocolatiering equipment and moulds, it’s a lovely space however please note that due to our workshop being accessed via a set of stairs it is not accessible for wheelchairs or mobility issues, any questions about this please get in touch.
An email will be sent to you about a week prior to your session containing all relevant info and directions-keep an eye in your junkmail just incase!
Allergens:
Please get in touch with us before booking if you have allergens that you would like to discuss. Due to the nature of the space and ingredients used this session is not suitable to those with a serious nut allergy. Many of the chocolates we will be tasting are naurally dairy free but please do let us know if you have a dairy allergy.
